Pending Policy:
When you click on an item to purchase it we make the item pending in our database. This way no one else can try to purchase the item. If you cancel the item or do not purchase it within 45 minutes it is made available again. This is to ensure the item will be available to others if you navigate away from our site without cancelling it first.
However, out of courtousey for other customers, if for some reason you do not wish to finish an order (we don't see why ;) ) please use the 'cancel' button so items are available to others immediatly!

Payment Policy:
We accept Paypal, money orders, certified checks, and personal checks. For money orders and certified checks, payment clears the day we receive it. For personal checks, please allow time for check to clear our bank. You may use your credit card through Paypal. Our prefered method of payment is Paypal for the ease of use, security, and speed on both ends of the transaction.

Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. However you must return the item(s) undamaged within two weeks of the postmarked shipping date. We will not cover shipping for any returned items, however we won't charge you a restocking fee.

I only use the highest quality materials, all our beaded pieces use a plastic wraped steel wire, and use only the strongest clasps. Hemp is incredibly resilient, in fact it is the strongest natural fiber. So you should not have any problems with your piece, but in the unlikely event something does go wrong, I will repair it free of charge, as long as you tell us about it within 45 days of the shipping date. However this must be caused by a fault on our part and through normal use of the item.
Please contact us and let us know what happened, in most cases I won't have a problem fixing your piece.
While we do not cover shipping for damaged items to us, we will ship them out to you for free. If for some reason I can not repair the item, I will either give you a refund or you may select a different piece of similar value.

Shipping Policy:
We ship orders out within 3 business days of receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.
For any purchase within the United States, shipping is free! For any international orders, our flat shipping rate is $3.00 USD.

Privacy Policy:
We hate junk mail too! We will not under any circumstance whatsoever ever share any information that you provide us with anyone, unless required by a court of law.
What we collect:

• Name, address, items purchased - We need this to send you your items!
• E-mail address, phone number - In case we need to contact you regarding a particular order.
• Internet Protocol address - For site statistics, also to report illegal activities.
